North Western Australian Birds - Broome Region

In June 2015 I travelled to Broome, WA, with a couple of friends. Wow! Daytime temperatures in the low 30'sC and overnight down to the high teens; a dramatic change from the low winter temperatures of Melbourne. With the sun shining brightly the beautiful colours of the region shone out: the blue sky, turquoise coloured water, red soil and pale yellow, to white, sandy beaches. A feast of colour for the eyes.
